When you use Join, the following personal data may be collected and stored:
- Account data: Your name and email address when you register or log in.
- Contact data: Names, email addresses, and phone numbers of contacts you add within the application.
- Task data: Titles, descriptions, due dates, priorities, and assignees of tasks you create on the board.
- Usage data: Technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically when you access this service.
3. Purpose of Data Processing
Your data is processed exclusively to provide the functionality of the Join Kanban application — including user authentication, task management, and contact organization. No data is sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Storage — Firebase (Google)
This application uses Google Firebase (provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) as its backend database and authentication service. Your data is transmitted to and stored on Firebase servers. Google may process data in the United States. For details, refer to Google's Firebase Privacy Policy.
5. Local Storage
Join stores session-related information (such as your login state and display name) in your browser's localStorage. This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to third parties. All data stored in localStorage is automatically deleted when you log out of the application. You can also clear it manually at any time through your browser settings.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
